Privacy notice: business outreach

This notice explains how I handle your contact details when I write to you about a service for your app. It is the page the footer of my emails links to, at https://antwork.fr/privacy/outreach.

Who is writing to you

Louis Rotellini EI, an independent developer, SIREN 800 503 476, 30 rue du Maréchal Foch, 59133 Camphin-en-Carembault, France, email louis@antwork.fr. I decide how this data is used and am responsible for it.

What data I use and where it comes from

The business contact address, publisher name and app name shown on your public listing on the Atlassian Marketplace or the Shopify App Store, and the messages we exchange. I collect nothing else and buy no contact lists.

Why I use it, and on what legal basis

To offer you a fixed-price service linked to your app and your role as its publisher, and to answer your replies. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in contacting businesses about services related to their professional activity (General Data Protection Regulation, article 6(1)(f)).

How long I keep it

Three years after our last contact, then it is deleted. If you object, I keep only your address on a do-not-contact list, so that I never write to you again.

Who else handles it

No one buys or receives your data from me. It is stored in my email service and in the tool I use to track my outreach, under their data processing terms. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards their terms provide, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
